The Boho Poconos House
Welcome to the Boho Poconos House, a NEWLY RENOVATED family-friendly home nestled in the picturesque landscapes of the Pocono Mountains. Experience modern luxury and bohemian charm in this 6-bedroom retreat with king beds and plenty of room for entertaining. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be greeted by the fresh ambiance of a space where all of the details are carefully thought of to maximize your enjoyment during an unforgettable stay.

- Please note that the nightly rate includes complimentary coverage of six guests’ community fees for the plentiful amenities at Arrowhead Lake. Have more guests? It’s just $30/person/night additional fee if over 6 guests (age 6 and up),
- up to the maximum occupancy of 16 guests allowed. You will have full access to all amenities!
- The maximum number of vehicles allowed is 6; street parking is not allowed.

Noise Monitors
- No parties or events allowed.
- The noise monitors (located in the living room and back deck area) do not record any conversations. It only monitors decibel levels for excessive noise that may interfere with the allowed noise level in the neighborhood.
Outdoor Space
- For added security and peace of mind, we have installed two security cameras on the premises—one in the front and one in the back of the house. These cameras are positioned solely for security purposes and are not placed in private areas or inside the house; they are only in common areas. Please rest assured that the cameras are intended to safeguard the property when it is unoccupied and are not intended to monitor our guests’ activities during their stay. Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance to us.
House Rules & Regulations
- Max Occupancy of the property: 16
- Max number of day guests permitted at any one time: 12
- Max number of vehicles parked at the property: 6
- Occupants/Renters may be cited and fined for creating a disturbance or for violating local and community short term rental rules
- It is unlawful for any person to maliciously and willfully disturb the peace of any neighborhood, person, or family by loud or unusual noises or by tumultuous and offensive conduct, public indecency, threatening, traducing, quarreling, challenging to fight or fighting.
- Failure to conform to the parking and occupancy requirements of the structure is a violation of local and community short term rules and renters may be fined.
- Fireworks are strictly prohibited within the Arrowhead Lake Community, and a zero-tolerance policy is enforced. Guests found violating this rule will be subject to a $500 fine.
- All remotes are paired with the TVs in the room you find them in. Please kindly leave the remotes within the same room they are found.
- The TVs inside the house are Smart TV with APPs available (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) – to access, please sign on with your account information and remember to log out before you check out.
- The washer/dryer is located on the second floor. Please remove the dryer lint after each dryer use.
- Please keep all doors and windows closed to maintain good air/heat efficiency and prevent unwanted insects and animals from coming into the house.
- There are 2 gift baskets on a table by the dining room that have some essentials that you may have forgotten during your trip. Please help yourself to them and thank you for being considerate!
- If you would like suggestions on restaurants/grocery stores/activities/delivery services, please refer to the next few pages!
- Quiet hours start Sunday – Thursday at 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
- Smoking/vaping are not allowed indoors. No shoes indoors. Thanks for helping to keep our place clean!
- Two fire starter logs are in the welcome basket; the firewood can be located in the rack under the back deck. Take what you need (but please be considerate!)
- Exterior cameras record in the front and back of the house (no interior cameras). Smart home devices in living room/deck area record noise decibel level only (no audio/video)
- Photo ID & security deposit required for bookings more than 28 days in length.
- NO PARTIES
- NO PETS. No service animals due to the host’s allergies to dogs and cats.
